We train students, coach athletes, train elite sportspeople, develop coaches, build sportstech and bring the lessons from sport for benefit in corporate environments.

Our story

From the beginning till now

2012

Humble start with a bold vision

2014

Launched Grassroots programs. Partnered with KLE society.

2016

Launched the Anil Kumble Spin Stars Program, forayed into international waters.

2017

Expanded to 9 states. Started the Gaandiva Project. Established the Center of Excellence for Athletics.

2018

Identified the first TENVIC Titans - Jyothi Yarraji, Krishna Jayshankar, Yashwanth and Gigi George through scouting.

2020

Set up the Weightlifting HPC in Odisha. Expanded presence to 10 states.

2022

Added five TENVIC Titans - Jyoshna Sabar, Mina Santa, Sadanand Bariha, Hrudananda Das, and Priteesmita Bhoi.

2023

Launched KREEDA with Yuva Unstoppable. TENVIC Titans — Jyoshna Sabar, Mina Santa and Hrudananda Das — won medals at the Youth Commonwealth Championship.

2024

Launched the Ganjam Weightlifting Academy. 7 of the TENVIC titans have represented India and training with the national team.

2025

Signed an MoU with Manipal University for a sports research and incubation hub.

Anil forges the mission of TENVIC as an accomplished sportsman, reputed executive coach and public speaker. TENVIC leverages his intellect and experience in all operational aspects.

Vasanth Baradwaj

Vasanth brings his infectious passion for sport into making a difference in people’s lives and boardrooms. He enjoys spending time with children and NGOs, sharing his experiences from sports.
