Grassroots sports development for school students

Schools across the country have a physical education program, assigning dedicated time for it every week. However, they struggle to provide standard, curriculum-based, sports-driven education consistently.

TENVIC helped promote and standardise sports education

Thoughtfully-designed grassroots sports development program in schools for children aged 8-18 years.
  • Curriculum-based programs (for several sports)
  • Offered during school hours in the allotted sports period
  • Tailored based on term-wise assessments and performance in competitions
  • Delivered by certified coaches
  • Geared toward building tournament-ready school teams

Once that was stabilised, we expanded the reach with an additional HPC in Ganjam for 200 weightlifters. We’ve also identified and set up 47 grassroot centres across the state.
