Phase 1: Six weeks of class room training in life skills, child psychology, communication, interview preparation and core sports skills in the sports of cricket, volleyball and football.
Phase 2: Additional six weeks in the field in TENVIC partner schools where they worked with senior coaches and underwent shadow training.
