ITTF's Needs
ITTF needed a reliable partner to standardise table tennis coaching from grassroots to elite levels. They needed support in conducting the international coach certification modules, and train and certify coaches for the ITTF level 1-3 programs.
They also sought to develop local course conductors to educate the next generation of coaches.

As ITTF’s exclusive partner from 2012 - 2020, TENVIC brought Richard McAfee & Christian Lilirous as course conductors.
We conducted coaching education programs in multiple cities over the span of seven years. We also developed local course conductors across India.
By the bye, we conducted high performance coaching camps for young athletes too.
