Doing our duty in building a sporting nation
We help governments and sports bodies build robust athletics ecosystems through our high-performance centres (HPCs). When we set up an HPC, we establish the following.

HPC team
Sports director, high-performance coaches, rehab staff, fitness trainers and partnerships with sports physio labs and sports science centres

Athlete support
Accommodation, daily needs, nutrition, supplements, recovery, rehab, medical needs, insurance, apparel and kit

Facility maintenance, training and administrative offices

FOR GRASSROOTS ATHLETES
TENVIC academies
Dedicated centres for specific sports, providing a tailored environment, specialised coaching, access to top-notch facilities to help a grassroots athlete to move into a high performance atmosphere and become elite.
FOR ELITE ATHLETES
TENVIC high-performance centres
State-of-the-art facilities equipped with the best-in-class staff for professional athletes to train in. Currently, we operate three high-performance centres across India.
Bhubaneshwar
The Biju Patnaik Weightlifting High-Performance Centre, Bhubaneshwar, has 57 weightlifters, 13 weightlifting platforms, and a 100-bed sports hostel.
Dhenkanal
The Dhenkanal Weightlifting Sub-Centre has 36 weightlifters led by coach Gopal Das. This centre is a feeder to the WHPC as part of the hub-and-spoke model.
Pune
The Maharashtra Weightlifting HPC trains 40 athletes, led by two Olympian chief coaches, supported by 14 technical staff.
