Approach
How we help elite athletes reach their potential
Supporting an athlete requires a lot of financial, mental and emotional muscle. We believe that it is the collective responsibility of us as a nation to support our athletes.
We help governments and sports bodies build that through our high-performance centres (HPCs). When we set up an HPC, we establish the following.
01
Facilities
Equipment, environment and any other specialised needs of athletes
02
People
Manpower, coaching and technical support (physiotherapists, nutritionists and tutors)
03
Administration
Facility maintenance, training and administrative offices
04
Athlete support
Accommodation, daily needs, nutrition, supplements, recovery, rehab, medical needs, insurance, apparel and kit
05
Talent
Talent scouting and assessment
06
Bootcamps
Specialized domestic and international training camps, including competition exposure and logistics
07
Trainer education
Coach education programs and certifications
08
HPC team
Sports director, high-performance coaches, rehab staff, fitness trainers and partnerships with sports physio labs and sports science centres
